It is with deep regret that the Board of Inquire Europe learned of the passing of Andrew Rudd.
Andrew’s journey was marked by remarkable achievements both as an academic and as a visionary leader in the financial industry. He was a reknown American investor, financial academic, author and venture capitalist that co-founded and was former chairman and CEO of Barra, Inc. and founder and former CEO of Advisor Software.
From the inception of Inquire Europe in 1990 until his retirement in 2021, Andrew played an integral role as an active member of our community and served on our Board.
Those who had the privilege of knowing Andrew remember him fondly for his enthusiasm during roundtable discussions and Q&A sessions at our seminars. A gifted speaker, his presentations were not only insightful but also infused with humor and a sense of joy that left a lasting impression on all who attended.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family during this challenging period.
