Dress code
The Dress Code will be business suits for dinner on Sunday and smart casual for the seminar and dinner on Monday.
How to get from the airport or railway station to hotel and vice versa
Cologne-Bonn airport is about 15 km away from the hotel and takes about 20 minutes by car. Taxi’s are available outside the airport.
Cologne central station is about 19 km away from the hotel and takes about 20 minutes by car. Taxi’s are available outside the central station.
Or alternatively book an Uber.
Dusseldorf airport is about 50 km away from the hotel and takes about 40 minutes by car. The charge for a taxi is about 95 euro. In case you arrive in Dusseldorf we advise you to take the train.The train journey time between Dusseldorf Airport and Cologne is around 45 min. The Dusseldorf Airport (DUS) to Cologne train service departs from D-Flughafen Terminal S and arrives in Cologne central station.
On Tuesday 26 September after lunch (13.45h) we will provide a coach to Cologne-Bonn airport and/or Dusseldorf airport. This depends on the number of people that register for the coach and the arrival/departure airport.

Social Program
Sunday, 24 September 23 – 19.00h
On Sunday evening dinner will take place at the Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg starting at 19.00h with a cocktail reception. Dinner will be served at 20.00h.
Monday, 25 September 2023 – 18.00h
On Monday we will have a social program at the city centre of Cologne. This is the itinerary for the social program:
18:30 h Start of walking tour: Old town
19:00 h Stopp at Brauhaus Früh for a Kölsch beer (close to the cathedral)
19.20 h Continutation of walk, cathedral from outside, individual visit inside (subject there is no church service)
19:45 h Walk to the other side of the Rhine to KölnSky a first class restaurant on the 27th floor with a great view on the city. We will have a three course menu.
22:30 h Coach transfer back to Grand Hotel Schloss Bensberg
23.00 h Arrival at the hotel
