The Autumn Seminar 2024 will be held at Hotel Las Arenas Balneario Resort, Valencia – Spain

Dress code

The Dress Code will be business suits for dinner on Sunday and smart casual for the seminar and dinner on Monday.

How to get from the airport to the hotel and vice versa

Valencia airport
Taxi: Taxis are available outside the terminal at Valencia Airport. The ride to Hotel Las Arenas Balneario Resort will take around 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic. The cost is approximately 20-25 euros, but prices may vary.

Uber or Cabify: These ride-hailing services operate in Valencia and can be another convenient option if you prefer using an app-based service.

Metro + Bus/Tram:
This is a cheaper option if you don’t mind using public transport and possibly transferring between different modes:
Metro: Take line 3 (red line) from the airport towards Rafelbunyol or Palmaret. Get off at “Angel Guimerá” station.
Tram: From “Angel Guimerá” station, transfer to tram line 4 or 6 towards “Marítim-Serrería.” Get off at “Eugenia Viñes” station.
Bus: From “Eugenia Viñes” station, you can take bus line 19 or 31 towards “El Saler” or “Natzaret” and get off at “Hotel Balneario Las Arenas” stop.
Note: Public transport routes and schedules may change, so it’s advisable to check closer to your travel date.

On Tuesday 8 October (13.45h) we will provide a coach to Valencia airport.

Valencia railway station
From Valencia’s main railway station, which is Estación del Norte (Valencia Nord), you can reach Hotel Las Arenas Balneario Resort using the following methods:

Taxi: Taxis are readily available outside Valencia Nord station. The ride to Hotel Las Arenas Balneario Resort will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. The cost is around 10-15 euros.

Metro + Tram:
Metro: From Valencia Nord, walk to Xàtiva metro station, which is adjacent to the railway station. Take metro line 3 (red line) towards Rafelbunyol or Palmaret. Get off at “Angel Guimerá” station.
Tram: From “Angel Guimerá” station, transfer to tram line 4 or 6 towards “Marítim-Serrería.” Get off at “Eugenia Viñes” station.
Bus: From “Eugenia Viñes” station, you can take bus line 19 or 31 towards “El Saler” or “Natzaret” and get off at “Hotel Balneario Las Arenas” stop.
This route involves a combination of metro and tram/bus, which might require some walking and transferring, but it’s generally a cost-effective option.

Bus: You can also take a direct bus from the Valencia Nord station to Hotel Las Arenas Balneario Resort. Bus lines 2, 19, 31, and 32 stop near the resort. Check the specific bus stop closest to your destination.

Walking: If you enjoy walking and have lighter luggage, you can walk from Valencia Nord to Hotel Las Arenas Balneario Resort, which would take around 30-40 minutes along the beachfront.

Choose the option that best fits your schedule and preferences. Taxi or metro/tram/bus combinations are typically the most convenient and cost-effective ways to travel from Valencia Nord to Hotel Las Arenas Balneario Resort.

Social Program

Sunday, 6 October 2024: 19.00h

On Sunday evening dinner will take place at the Hotel Las Arenas Balneario Resort starting at 19.00h with a cocktail reception. Dinner will be served at 20.00h. From 18.30 – 19.00h the Inquire Europe board will host pre-cocktail drinks for speakers, guests and Inquire Europe members that attend the seminar for the first time.

Monday, 7 October 2024: 18.15 – 22.30h

On Monday we will have a guided tour in the city center of Valencia followed by a tapas dinner at a local taverna.
