The Board of Directors conducts the business of the organization. The Board co-ordinates the efforts of the sponsors, oversees all meetings of the sponsors and acts as liaison between the sponsors and the financial researchers. The Board is responsible for the annual seminars, collection and dissemination of information to the sponsors concerning the research conducted by the Group, and makes financial arrangements as needed to ensure the continuity of research projects and the business of the organization.

The Administrative Office is responsible for organization and planning of the seminars, budgets and other financial issues, general administration, mailing- and sponsor lists. In close corporation with the Seminar Summarizer the Administrative Office also takes care of the preparation and publication of the seminar summaries and annual reports.

Each committee consists of at least three members, appointed by the Chairman of Inquire Europe with the final approval of the sponsors.
The Research Committee is responsible for selecting research projects for funding. It has direct responsibility for soliciting, reviewing and approving these research projects.

As a matter of policy, Inquire Europe tries to support continental research centres but it also accepts to fund projects from the rest of the world, provided the research is relevant to the European asset managers.

All projects are monitored by Theo Nijman, academic coordinator of Inquire Europe.

Seminar topics to be presented on the program are selected by the Program Committee. A "Call for Papers" is published anually in academic and professional journals to solicit papers from academics and other industry professionals. Sponsor organizations of Inquire Europe are encouraged to submit papers for presentation at the seminars. Sponsors may also suggest topics at the seminars or at any time during the year to Board members for future consideration.

The membership of Inquire Europe is composed of invited sponsor organizations from continental Europe consisting of a broad range of banks, stock brokers, consulting firms, insurance companies, independent money managers and pension funds.

If, as a senior investment professional, you believe in a disciplined approach to investments, and your organization makes use of statistical and other quantitative tools in the investment decision making process, then your company should consider becoming a sponsor of Inquire Europe .

A company can become a sponsor of Inquire Europe by sending in an application form to the membership committee. Each sponsor must be approved for election to Inquire Europe by the Board and a majority of the participating sponsors. The annual fee for Inquire sponsorship is Euro 5.000,-- for a one seat membership and Euro 7.500,00 and Euro 10.000,00 for a three  seat membership. Once determined, the yearly sponsorship fees is utilized in three ways: to pay the costs of seminars, to pay research costs authorized by the Research Committee, and to support the ongoing administrative costs of the Organization. In addition to paying the annual dues, each sponsor must be a corporation, partnership or other organization involved in a recognized branch of finance. Approval of new sponsors must be by a majority vote of the current sponsors of Inquire Europe.
Once a year, Inquire Europe awards cash prizes, totaling Sf. 10.000 to those who have presented the best papers at the seminars held during the year. These prizes serve to maintain the quality of seminar presentations, help to attract leading researchers and state-of-the-art research to the seminar as well as providing a check and balance to the projects funded by the Research Committee.
